Become one, acquainted with the light.
For a glorious vision like noon day
Has ended long and lonely night.

This vision helps us choose the right.
If you want to, then you surely may
Become one, acquainted with the light.

To help us see truth, clear and bright
The God who keeps evil at bay
Has ended long and lonely night.

Though we can’t stop the suns swift flight.
We can choose to walk God’s way.
Become one, acquainted with the light.

The one who gives the blind their sight
Because he hears what children say
Has ended long and lonely night.

Now we can rise to heavens height
For that great God to whom we pray
Has ended long and lonely night.
Become one, acquainted with the light.
